Definitions:-
- 100% Compensation
By this we mean that we will not deduct any amount from your compensation in respect of a success fee that we charge to you. It does not mean that you will never be liable for our costs or for the cost of any disbursements that we obtain on your behalf.
- Disbursements
These are such things as medical records, police reports or legal insurance that we obtain on your behalf.
- Issued Proceedings
This is when the parties cannot come to an agreement in a case and the claim is 'issued' at the County Court. Proceedings are 'issued' on the first date the Court receives details of your claim. It is not the date of any trial or hearing.
- Settled
This is whether the parties agree all the outstanding matters in you claim such as your award of damages and your legal costs.

- 100% Compensation is a trading style of Personal Injury Practice Limited a firm of solicitors regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority number 471159 and with Company Number : 5426583
- In order to receive 100% compensation the following conditions apply to your claim.
- You must not have instructed any other firm of solicitors before ourselves not must you have attempted to make a claim for the accident you wish to claim for in any other way
- You claim must be settled before Court proceedings are issued.
- You mustalways acted in good faith and not misled us
- You must respond within a reasonable time to our communications
- You must not contact us by telephone unless we have asked you to do so.
- Your award must exceed £1,000.
- You must have first instructed us via the contact us form on this web site and agreed to these terms and conditions.
- Liability for your accident must be admitted by the Defendant within one month of us first telling them about your claim.
- Qualifying claims only. We reserve the right to decide whether or not your claim is eligible for 100% compensation but we will advise you of this before you instruct us.
